Madison at Copperleaf features 330 class A multifamily residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Amenities include a clubhouse with coworking space, resort-style pool and spa, fitness and yoga studios, sauna, children’s playroom, dog park and pet spa, electric vehicle (EV) charging and outdoor gathering areas.
Located at 22500 E Radcliff Circle, the property is located within the expanding southeast Denver corridor and the Cherry Creek School District. It has access to employment hubs, including the Denver Tech Center, Buckley Space Force Base, Denver International Airport and Fitzsimons Medical Campus, as well as local access to E-470.
