Blue Vista Capital Management is marketing a second fund, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
Blue Vista Finance II has a $150 million fundraising goal. It will use a core-plus/value-added investment style for debt secured by healthcare, hotel, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and self-storage properties in the United States.
Chicago-based Blue Vista was founded in 2002. The firm focuses on student housing properties and middle-market real estate equity and debt investments.
