Blue Vista Capital Management, a Chicago-based investment management firm, has raised $167.2 million for Blue Vista Real Estate Partners V, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Blue Vista Real Estate Partners V is a value-added real estate fund that will invest in properties through ventures with operating partners.
The fund’s predecessor, Blue Vista Real Estate Partners IV, held a $445.1 million final close in 2016, exceeding its $400 million target.
Blue Vista Capital has invested more than $7.5 billion in total capitalization since 2002.
