A joint venture consisting of Bloom and Angelo Gordon has received the green light to deliver a sustainable 52,410-square-foot ultra-urban warehouse development in London’s Camberwell neighborhood.
Bloom will develop nine units laid out over dual two-floor parallel terraces with an open central service yard. The development will be targeting a BREEAM sustainability rating of “Excellent” and an EPC rating of A+. It will include solar panels and EV charging points.
This is the fourth ground-up development to be carried out by Bloom for its €287 million ($262 million) joint venture with Angelo Gordon in central London, following its launch in 2021.
