Link Industrial Properties, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial platform, has acquired the 955,000-square-foot Tampa Distribution Center in Tampa, Fla., for $69.25 million. The seller was Boston-based High Street Realty.
The property, located at 1212 N. 50th St., comprises six buildings and covers 51 acres. At closing, it was approximately 95 percent occupied. Tenants include Consolidated Container Co., Feeding American Tampa Bay and Courier Express.
