Blackstone has plans to sell its $400 million stake in India’s maiden Real Estate Investment Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, according to media outlets.
Embassy Office Parks, India’s first REIT to list in 2019, owns and operates more than 42 million square feet of office parks and office buildings in cities such as Bengaluru and Mumbai. It is considered one of the largest office REITs in Asia by area.
Reuters reported a potential buyer could be Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
