Blackstone seeks buyers for European hotel portfolio
Blackstone Group is seeking buyers for a portfolio of European hotels, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.
The sales price is estimated to be €400 million ($462 million).
The 3,350-room portfolio consists of 29 hotels, with 18 in Germany and the remaining in the Netherlands.
