Blackstone has raised $620.725 million for its second strategic partners real estate fund, one year after launching it, according to an SEC filing.
An equity fundraising target for Strategic Partners Real Estate VII was not disclosed in the filing, but the document shows that 40 investors have committed capital to the fund.
The fund’s predecessor, Strategic Partners Real Estate VI, held a $1.3 billion final close in 2016.
Blackstone’s Strategic Partners Fund Solutions platform has raised $44 billion in capital commitments, completed more than 1,200 transactions and acquired more than 3,500 limited partnership interests.
