Blackstone has opened a new BioMed Life Science Real Estate fund, according to an SEC filing dated Oct. 14.
Blackstone partners with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies to address unmet medical needs, according to the firm’s website. The new fund will invest in life science properties across the United States.
An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
