Invitation Homes has said that certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone have started a secondary offering .
Following Blackstone’s related distribution of its remaining shares in Invitation Homes to its partners, Blackstone will no longer beneficially own shares in Invitation Homes.
All together, Blackstone has reaped about $7 billion, more than twice its investment in the business, reported The Wall Street Journal.
