Blackstone has bought 22 logistics sites from Clearbell Capital for £120 million (€129 million/$150 million).
The portfolio comprises 22 small to medium-sized industrial and logistics assets located throughout the United Kingdom.
The portfolio, which totals more than 2 million square feet, primarily includes warehouses and logistics sites in suburban, last-mile locations.
