An affiliate of Blackstone Group has acquired a 520-unit rental homes portfolio in West Oahu, Hawaii, for $211.5 million, Pacific Business News reported, citing public records.
Rockpoint Group sold the three-phase Kalaeloa Rental Homes property.
The acquisition follows Blackstone selling more than $1 billion of shares of Invitation Homes.
And recently Blackstone paid $18.7 billion to purchase a logistics portfolio from GLP.
