BlackRock has acquired a state-of-the-art sustainable terminal for future logistics in Sweden. It was purchased in a forward-funding agreement via its flagship European value-added series, expanding its portfolio of modern logistics assets in core European markets that have an undersupply of new-build warehouses and fulfilment hubs. Once operational, the logistics center will be approximately 35,000 square meters (377,000 square feet) in size and will be able to handle 25,000 parcels per hour, giving it the highest capacity in Sweden.

“This investment reinforces our commitment to investing in sustainable, modern logistics solutions across prime Nordic locations, further strengthening our regional footprint.
