Big Sky Medical closes investment in Texas A&M Health Science Center

by Kali Persall

Big Sky Medical, an investment manager focused on commercial real estate across the United States with an overweight focus on the medical office sector, has closed its investment in the Texas A&M Health Science Center in Bryan, Texas.

The Texas A&M Health and Science Center is a 122,942-square-foot, multi-tenant medical office building, located five miles southwest of the main Texas A&M University campus. The building is approaching full occupancy, with the two largest tenants being the Texas A&M University System and St Joseph Health’s Texas Brain and Spine Institute. The Texas A&M University System utilizes the property for academic and medical training with the intent of simulating a hospital environment, and the Texas Brain and Spine Institute provides treatments for neurological and spinal disorders. Big Sky has selected Oldham Goodwin to manage the property.
