BH Properties has launched a new multifamily housing platform, Haven Housing, focused on acquiring, enhancing, and operating both market rate and affordable housing communities throughout the Western United States.
Haven Housing’s acquisition strategy focuses on 100-plus unit garden-style communities with value-add potential, particularly in high-barrier, high-demand metros. Affordable housing investments will target LIHTC-restricted communities past their 15-year compliance periods, with an emphasis on preserving affordability and improving performance through renovations and operational upgrades.
The platform is seeded with 2,500 units, targeting class A and B properties in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
