BGO Strategic Capital Partners, the secondaries investment management business of BGO, has partnered with LRC Group, a vertically integrated fund manager specializing in the U.K. residential sector, to invest in a 2,100-unit U.K. multifamily portfolio comprising existing assets and add-on acquisitions primarily across Greater London.
The investment includes 19 newly built or recently refurbished residential buildings located in established, well-connected submarkets with strong rental fundamentals. The portfolio is substantially leased, generates immediate cash flow and offers scope for long-term income growth.
