by Released

BGO has acquired a 100 percent leased, 11-property portfolio of class A ambulatory surgery centers totaling approximately 223,000 square feet across nine U.S. markets on behalf of BGO’s U.S. Core Strategy. BGO acquired the portfolio from a joint venture of Flagship Healthcare Properties and AEW Capital Management, expanding its healthcare real estate portfolio with a geographically diversified collection of purpose-built outpatient surgical facilities.

The portfolio spans the Chicago; Columbia, S.C.; Dallas–Fort Worth; Huntsville, Ala.; Kalamazoo-Portage, Mich.; Lakeland–Winter Haven, Fla.; Nashville; Prescott, Ariz.; and St. Louis markets. The assets include surgery centers with established affiliations with major health systems in their respective markets, as well as relationships with national ambulatory surgery center operators, combining local healthcare relationships with experienced operating platforms.
