Berkadia announced the refinancing of Advenir at the Oaks, a 408-unit, garden-style multifamily property located in the Ocoee submarket of Orlando. Berkadia Miami secured a $54.68 million loan on behalf of the owner, Advenir@The Oaks. The deal closed on Sept. 26.
Berkadia originated, and Freddie Mac purchased, the five-year, fixed-rate loan with a 65 percent loan-to-value ratio.
Built in two phases between 1989 and 1991 at 3100 and 3200 Old Winter Garden Road, Advenir at the Oaks offers modern one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts featuring walk-in closets, high ceilings, major appliances (including microwaves), individual air-conditioning units, balconies, vaulted ceilings, and washer-dryer hookups in all units.
