Berkadia announced that it has arranged the sale and financing of Nova Central, a 140-unit, garden-style value-add multifamily asset located in the Fort Lauderdale metro submarket of Davie, Fla.
Berkadia South Florida led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Robbins Property Associates of Tampa. The property was sold to McDowell Properties of Denver.
Berkadia Atlanta and Berkadia Boca Raton arranged financing.
Built in 1996 and located at 6857 College Court, Nova Central features two-bedroom apartments in a low-density community. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, a modern fitness center, clubhouse, business center and ample surface parking.
