Bentall Kennedy (Canada) Limited Partnership, a Sun Life Investment Management company and a global real estate investment adviser, has held a C$305 million ($231.2 million) final close for Bentall Kennedy High Yield Canadian Property Fund I Limited Partnership. Total commitments came from nine institutional investors, including C$30 million ($22.7 million) from Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
