CapitaLand Development has acquired Borui Plaza, an office asset in downtown Beijing, for $283 million.
The seller was Dalian-based developer Yongjia Group.
Built in 2012, Borui Plaza is located near Tuanjiehu subway station, totaling 58,200 square meters (626,460 square feet).
The deal is CapitaLand Investment’s fourth main acquisition in China in the past 12 months.
