Barings, on behalf of a strategy to acquire core European real estate, has completed the sale of four logistics assets in Bristol, Daventry, Warrington and Nottingham, all in England. The portfolio was sold off-market to joint venture partners Copley Point Capital and Sixth Street.
The assets are located in established U.K. distribution locations and are fully let to occupiers on long leases. In Bristol (Avonmouth), the property comprises two logistics units totaling approximately 329,000 square feet. The property in Daventry comprises a 238,543-square-foot warehouse built in 1997 and located in the United Kingdom’s logistics “Golden Triangle.” The Warrington asset totals 128,543 square feet and was built in 1996, with refurbishment completed in 2018. In Nottingham, the property comprises a 113,168-square-foot warehouse on Sherwood Business Park, with direct access to the M1.
