Barings has appointed Maureen Joyce as head of U.S. real estate equity asset management. Joyce will be responsible for the strategic direction and business execution of real estate equity assets across all U.S. mandates.
She has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions and accounting. Most recently, Joyce was a managing director and head of asset management and separate accounts at AEW Capital Management.
