Barings acquires eight U.K. prime logistics assets for €278m

Barings has agreed to acquire eight prime logistics assets from NFU Mutual for £234 million (€278 million/$282 million).

The eight assets, comprising a total area of 1.5 million square feet, are situated in prime and well-established logistics locations in the United Kingdom. About 53 percent of the portfolio is located in the Midlands, 22 percent in the South West, 16 percent in the South East, and 9 percent in the North West.
