Banner Oak Capital Partners launches new investment fund

Banner Oak Capital Partners has launched a new investment fund, according to an SEC Form D filed on June 26.

Banner Oak Industrial Development Venture II has already received a $380 million investment from Teacher Retirement System of Texas.

The opportunistic equity fund will target real estate companies focused on industrial investments throughout the United States.

According to the IREI FundTracker database, the fund is a separate account of Banner Oak, which manages nine investment ventures designed to capitalize REOCs, according to the company’s website.

The firm invests in companies focused on industrial, multifamily, senior housing and retail assets across the country.
