Bain Capital, in partnership with Columbia Threadneedle and QuinSpark Investment Partners, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pullman Montparnasse in Paris from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a European retail REIT.
Built in 1974, the four-star, 957-key hotel spans 32 floors and is adjacent to Gare Montparnasse in the affluent 14th district. The Pullman Montparnasse underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2021, with more than €216 million ($255 million) invested to modernize its facilities, including extensive upgrades to guest rooms, common areas and technical infrastructure.
Pullman Montparnasse, one of Paris’ largest and most contemporary hotels,  features spacious rooms ranging from 22 square meters (237 square feet) to 60 square meters (646 square feet).
