Bain Capital Credit acquires 13 real estate assets in Italy

Bain Capital Credit has acquired 13 real estate assets across Italy.

The portfolio includes seven offices in Milan, Rome and Bologna, for a total of 65,000 square meters (700,000 square feet), acquired from funds managed by Amundi. Six offices in Milan and two shopping centers in the province of Milan and in Molise were also acquired by the asset manager Covivio.

Bain Capital Credit has acquired and managed more than 3,500 Italian real estate assets with a total value in excess of €4 billion ($4.44 billion) through its investments in both the real estate and distressed markets.
