Azora expands its private investor business with new transactions worth $84m in Miami

Azora is making further progress in consolidating its Azora Private platform, established in 2025 to drive the global growth of its private investor business, with the completion of two transactions in Miami worth more than $84 million.

The two transactions, carried out through separate vehicles, demonstrate Azora Private’s strong focus on higher value-add opportunities and mark another step forward in its U.S. strategy.

The first transaction involves the sale of Continental Plaza, an office building in Coconut Grove, to a real estate developer for $62.3 million. The firm acquired the asset less than a year ago for $47.5 million. This transaction highlights the firm’s ability to create value through opportunistic acquisitions and active asset management.
