AXA IM Alts has completed the sale of the 26,000-square-meter (279,860-square-foot) Keiko tower office development in the Paris area, with completion set for 2023, to Macifimo, which is changing its name and becoming Aéma REIM, part of Aéma Group, which intends to establish its headquarters by 2024. The sales price was not disclosed.
