Aware Super, the rebranded First State Super, has teamed up with Dutch pension powerhouse APG to take a controlling stake in a European serviced apartment operator, City ID, an Amsterdam-based apartment-hotel chain, reported Australian Financial Review.
The joint venture will finance €500 million ($592 million) to the apartment-hotel chain in the next four years.
