Aware Real Estate, the property arm of Australian superannuation fund Aware Super, has purchased Mastery, a residential site in Waterloo, an inner southern suburb of Sydney, for A$121 million ($77 million) from Crown Group, reported Australian media outlets.
The acquisition is part of Aware Real Estate’s partnership with Altis Property Partners.
Details for the property site have not been reported.
Aware Super Real Estate platform has a portfolio of more than A$2 billion ($1.28 billion) of projects under development or in various stages of planning.
