Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, has plans to target £10 billion (€11 billion/$14 billion) of investments into U.K. infrastructure and real estate projects over the next three years, as pension funds and insurers continue to increase their appetite for such investments.

In the process, these investments, made on behalf of savers and investors, will support job creation in the infrastructure and real estate industries in cities and regions across the United Kingdom. In addition, Aviva Investors expects to direct more than £3.5 billion (€3.9 billion/$5 billion) into U.K. structured finance and private corporate debt strategies.
