Aviva Investors has appointed Hannah Butler as assistant fund manager within its real estate equity team.
In the newly created role, Butler will be based in London and report to Ed Fuller, senior fund manager, real estate, with a focus on supporting performance delivery across Aviva Investors’ suite of U.K. real estate equity funds.
Hannah joins Aviva Investors from Knight Frank, where she spent four years in its portfolio investment team, most recently as a senior surveyor. Prior to this, Butler spent almost three years at Colliers International, spending time across its valuation and city investment functions and, latterly, as a Chartered Surveyor.
Hannah is the second addition to Aviva Investors’ Real Estate Equity team in as many months, following the appointment of Rory Spriggs as investment manager in August, to help drive the continued growth and
