Australia’s National Storage REIT says Warburg Pincus made $1.2b bid

National Storage REIT, Australia’s largest self-storage operator, said Warburg Pincus has made a A$1.73 billion ($1.16 billion) bid for the company.

The Australian company owns and manages a portfolio of 167 storage facilities across Australia and New Zealand, worth A$1.95 billion ($1.31 billion).

Other bidders include Gaw Capital Partners and Public Storage.
