New York City–based Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners has opened a new real estate fund to investors, according to a document filed with the SEC.
Atlantic Creek Real Estate Fund IV, the fourth fund in the fund series, will invest in multifamily, office and retail properties in the United States.
The fund is seeking to raise $300 million in capital commitments.
