Atlanta luxury apartments sell for $137m
Developer OliverMcMillan has sold The Residence Buckhead Atlanta, a 370-unit, luxury high-rise apartment community situated within the Buckhead Atlanta mixed-use development in Atlanta, to Simpson Housing for $136.5 million.
HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller and previously worked on behalf of the developer to arrange construction financing to fund the development of Buckhead Atlanta in 2013.
Completed in late 2014, The Residence Buckhead Atlanta is the residential cornerstone of Buckhead Atlanta, a mixed-use project. It encompasses two 20-story towers and includes amenities such as a resort-style pool, courtyard, fitness center, theater, study, conference room, demonstration kitchen and concierge service.
