Green Property has sold a London mansion and office building for £245 million ($306 million) to a private Asian investor, Shun Tak Group.
The properties are located at 7–8 St. James’s Square in London.
Number 8 is an office building whose tenants include Société Général, Point72 Asset Management and Helly Nahmad Gallery.
Number 7 is a30,000-square-foot historic listed mansion designed by Irish architect Edwin Lutyens. Since being acquired by Green Property, the building has been excavated for the future construction of a pool, spa and sub-basement garage. A private courtyard garden also has been created.
Green Property purchased the properties in November 2008 from AIB.
