Artemis Real Estate Partners holds $475m final close

Artemis Real Estate Partners has held a final close for its first healthcare fund.

The vehicle, Artemis Healthcare Fund 1, has raised $475 million of total equity, exceeding its $300 million goal and giving it $1.2 billion of buying power. It will target equity and debt investments in independent-living facilities, assisted-living centers, memory-care facilities and medical-office buildings.

The fund has started to invest its capital.
