Artemis Real Estate Partners has secured more than $1.5 billion for its Artemis Fund IV vehicle, according to a Dec. 5 filing with the SEC.
Artemis Fund IV will target value-add investments in property types such as apartments, office, industrial, healthcare, self-storage, hotels and retail.
Artemis, an investment manager based in metropolitan Washington, D.C., has raised more than $8 billion of capital across core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic strategies, according to the firm’s website.
Artemis makes equity and debt investments in real estate across the United States, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, senior housing and medical office. Artemis specializes in joint-venture partnerships and direct investments.
