Arrow Global Group has appointed Diego Gracia as CEO, Spain.
Diego brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and platform building across Spain and Europe. He joins Arrow from Lapithus-Apollo Global Management, where he was managing director and head of special situations real estate Europe, overseeing complex portfolios and driving value creation across a broad range of asset classes.
Prior to this, Diego held senior roles at Bain Capital, where he was responsible for real estate developments across Europe and for building several captive investment and asset management platforms focused on special situations real estate and Iberian opportunities. He has a strong track record of originating and executing investment opportunities, building scalable platforms, and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets.
