Arrow, Cerberus and Caddick advance 96,000sf logistics scheme in England

by Released

Arrow Capital Partners and Cerberus Capital Management have completed a development agreement with Caddick Developments for the delivery of Phase II of Farington Park, a new mid-box logistics scheme that will comprise 96,000 square feet of class A space across four detached units, in one of the first speculative, forward-funding transactions in northwest England this year.

Strategically located with direct access to the M6, M65 and M61 motorway network, Farington Park is well positioned to meet growing occupier demand for high-quality, mid-box industrial and logistics space across the region. Phase II responds directly to this demand, bringing much-needed Grade A accommodations to the market.

Construction will commence soon, with Caddick Construction’s Northwest team starting on-site work in May. The development represents the final phase of Caddick’s 50-acre Farington Park site, following the completion of more than 550,000 square feet of industrial space in 2023.
