Arrow Capital Partners has acquired the Ozarow Logistics Center in Poland from CBRE Investment Management for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus.
Ozarow Logistics Center is a 12,500-square-meter (134,550-square-foot) multi-let urban logistics warehouse located on Piastowska 38, Bronisze, 15 kilometers (nine miles) west of Warsaw in Poland. The six-unit asset is now let to six tenants, including Targban , Poczta Kwiatowa, PLOH, Gold Point and Prosto.
