Arrow Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of two logistics assets in Dublin in mature last-mile locations. The financial terms were not disclosed.
The assets include:
The Bridgestone Building — a 7,000-square-meter (75,350-square-foot) unit on the Fingal Bay Business Park, Balbriggan in County Dublin, which is fully leased to Bridgestone Europe; the site is strategically located 25 kilometers (16 miles) north of Dublin airport.
A modern detached 300,000-square-meter (3.23 million-square-foot) warehouse on Mygan Business Park, Finglas in County Dublin leased to MVI Hazel, one of the largest distributors of kitchen fittings and furnishings in Ireland; it is located seven kilometers (4.3 miles) from both Dublin Airport and Dublin City Center.
Arrow has acquired the sites for its €3 billion ($3.66 billion) Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform, which invests in strategic industrial and logistics assets across Europe.
