A merger of two European real estate firms will create a €25b company.
Luxembourg-based real estate company Aroundtown has agreed to buy TLG Immobilien for €3.1 billion ($3.4 billion) in an all-share deal.
The firms will create a commercial real estate company with €25 billion ($27.68 billion) in assets. The combined company will have assets mainly in Berlin, Frankfurt, Dresden, Leipzig and Hamburg.
