Arkansas Teacher Retirement System makes commitment to BREP Europe VII

The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS) will invest €50 million ($53.5 million) to Blackstone Real Estate Partners (BREP) Europe VII, according to other media outlets.

BREP Europe VII aims to raise close to €10 billion, like its predecessor fund in 2020, which closed with €9.8 billion, at the time the largest-ever dedicated European real estate fund.
Blackstone’s dedicated Europe opportunistic real estate fund series seeks to acquire under-managed, well-located assets across the continent.
