Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Bowtruss Real Estate, has acquired approximately 17 acres in Pflugerville, Texas, for the ground-up development of a 192-unit single-family build-for-rent community. Pflugerville is in northeast Austin, 18 miles from downtown. Austin has been one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States since 2010 and was recently ranked the No. 1 job market in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal.
Upon completion, the project will feature a mix of two-story single-family detached homes and two-story townhome-style fourplexes. The project will include a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes. Each home will include a washer and dryer, attached garage, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, gated backyards and smart-home technology packages.
