Ares Real Estate and EQT have sold three U.K. hotels to SanRaj Group as part of an ongoing disposal of assets from a larger portfolio acquired in 2022, according to media outlets. The hotels are understood to be Accor-branded assets and form part of a broader U.K. hospitality platform assembled by the sellers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CoStar reported the portfolio to be three hotels with 478 rooms.
