ARCH Capital Management Co., a Hong Kong–based alternative investments manager focused on the Asian real estate market, has amassed $204.5 million in equity commitments for its fourth Asian Partners fund.
The opportunistic fund, known as ARCH Capital Asian Partners IV, opened to investors in August 2018. Several months later in November, San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System invested $50 million in the fund.
It has been backed by 14 investors to date, according to an Aug. 14 filing with the SEC.
