Craig Pearce, who has two decades of industry experience in Asia Pacific, has established a real estate investment consultancy firm, Nikota Capital.
The firm’s initial focus will be assisting professional investors with sourcing, structuring and managing opportunities in Japan.
Nikota Capital has offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Pearce will remain based in Hong Kong, and his former colleague in Tokyo, Hiromichi Nishihara, will lead operations on the ground in Japan.
Pearce commenced his career with Mori Building, Japan’s largest private developer, and later spent over a decade with Goldman Sachs’ and Morgan Stanley’s real estate investment platforms, based in Tokyo and later Hong Kong. His most recent role was with Savills Investment Management.
Hiromichi Nishihara, Pearce’s business partner, has spent his entire career in the Japanese real estate industry, investing across all asset classes in the major markets there. Nishihara previously worked
