Anbang to buy Amsterdam Hotel for $392m

China-based Anbang Insurance Group has acquired the 557-room Doubtree by Hilton in Amsterdam Central for an estimated sales price of €350 million, according to media reports. An official announcement has not been released.

The seller was The Blackstone Group, which had plans to sell three Doubletree by Hilton hotels: Doubletree by Hilton Amsterdam Central, the Doubletree by Hilton London - Tower of London and Doubletree by Hilton Dublin Burlington Road with a total volume of €980 million ($1.1 billion).
